Cancellation Policy

Permanent Makeup Policy I am a newly trained permanent makeup artist currently building my portfolio. By booking with me, you acknowledge that you are receiving treatment from a beginner technician at a reduced rate, and results may vary. You agree that you are comfortable proceeding with this understanding and consent to photos being taken for portfolio purposes. A mandatory patch test is required at least 48 hours before your treatment. If this is not completed in time, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. This test checks for potential allergic reactions to pigments or numbing agents. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be applied to your total cost. Without a deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed. At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows will be charged the full service cost and may be refused future bookings. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Please arrive on time to ensure the procedure can be performed safely and without being rushed. Most procedures require a touch-up session 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment. Touch-ups are included. Missing the recommended window may affect results and require additional work. It is your responsibility to inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous cosmetic treatments. Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol cannot be treated. Results are not guaranteed. Healing and retention depend on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. As a beginner, I strive for high standards, but some imperfections are normal, and more than one session may be needed. All clients must be 18 years or older. You may be asked to provide valid photo ID at your appointment. All services are non-refundable under any circumstances. By booking, you agree to all policies stated above and understand the service is provided by a beginner technician.
