4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.
  • “No shows” (failure to attend without notice) will result in a full charge or loss of deposit.

Patch Test & Client Consent

Patch Test Requirement


For your safety, a patch test is required at least 24 - 48 hours before any semi-permanent makeup treatment (including lip blush, eyeliner, and powder, hybrid, or ombre brows).
This test checks for allergic reactions or sensitivities to pigments, pigments carriers, or topical anaesthetics.

  • The patch test will be applied to a small area of skin.

  • If you experience redness, swelling, itching, or irritation, the treatment will be postponed or cancelled until it is safe to proceed.

  • Failure to complete a patch test when recommended is done at your own risk, and [Your Business Name] cannot be held liable for adverse reactions.

Client Consent
